The Town of Ramapo Housing Authority is a public agency that is authorized to administer two programs, which consist of a Project Based and Section 8 (HCV) Program. Both programs provide affordable housing to extremely low, very low, and low-income individuals and families. Eligibility is determined based on income limits established by HUD. The mission of each program is to provide housing that is decent, safe, and sanitary.
